Based in South Australia, Branch Support & Services works holistically with a strength-based approach. We tailor our support to meet each individual's unique needs and requirements. Support sessions are available as outlined below.
Skills Development
Supports individuals preparing to move out of home by building practical, everyday life skills. This includes budgeting and financial goal-setting, developing healthy and structured routines, and learning effective de-cluttering and organization strategies.
Walk & Talk Therapy
Blends movement and mindfulness with counseling, offering sessions while walking outdoors. It’s a great option for those who feel more at ease in nature or prefer not to sit in a traditional therapy room. Sessions occur at a mutually agreed park, garden, or trail. Clients can be dropped off, or the therapist may provide pickup after an initial in-person meeting. This approach can be particularly helpful for individuals who have felt stigmatized or uneasy about standard therapy environments.
Creative Counseling
Offers therapeutic support through play therapy and art-based activities. This approach is ideal for individuals who may find traditional talk therapy challenging or who have language or communication limitations.
Care Plan Writing
Creates clear, achievable care plans in collaboration with you and relevant stakeholders, guiding Support Workers to deliver consistent and person-centred support.
Some sessions can be delivered in person or via virtual support.
